Is InsOwnerSh% working?

Sorry for this new question, but I’m thrilled to get better with my ranking skills.

I tried to use InsOwnerSh% and got only one bar at extreme-right of the screen. Is it working or did I do something wrong?

I seem to recall that it may not have been implemented after P123 converted from Reuters data to Capital IQ. P123 should confirm that however.
