Transaction Costs

I keep worrying about that nickle spread that was supposed to happen for some stocks this spring: is that still going to happen? And I worry that Hillary Clinton says she wants to tax trades to reduce high frequency traders like me --possibly just one of those campaign promises that she does not mean. I admit that I am probably just paranoid.

But a couple of articles makes me think that it is only you and I that would have to worry (assuming there is any reason for concern). The big institutions have it covered: to the microsecond. They have their calculations down to the light-foot in their fiber-optic cables.

Happy trading (while you still can).
