WCapPS2Pr is wrong

Hi,

The factor WCapPS2Pr is supposed to be defined as working capital per share divided by price. However, it is implemented as just working capital per share, and it is not being divided by price.

See this screen: https://www.portfolio123.com/app/screen/summary/154207?mt=1. The column @diff shows that WCapPS2Pr is virtually identical to (AstCurQ - CurLiabQ) / SharesFDQ, while @diff2 shows that it is very different from ((AstCurQ - CurLiabQ) / SharesFDQ) / Price.

Thanks,
Peter

This is indeed correct. It is not being divided by the price. These ratios were carried over from Reuters and were not very popular with our analysts ; which probably explains the oversight. We’ll discuss it next week. For sure it’s going to create significant changes in systems that use them (WCapPS2PrA & WCapPS2PrQ)

Thanks for reporting it.
