new order does not show in book

I tried to submit a limit order with yesterday close in book via trade.
Some of the order were not filled and expired.

On the next day, I can create a new order from the expired order.
The order was filled.

However, the filled order did not show up in the book at all.
What should I do to handle this situation?

Investigating. Is this for AMP ?

We’re also trying to figure out other problems with what IB is sending us for account information. Looks like you have a position with ticker ‘567’ in Hong Kong dollars. Is this fundamentally correct?

It also looks like your US dollars cash balance is being interpreted as a position in the USD ETF, making your account totals all wrong.

We’re working on these issues. They should not affect your ability to use TRADE. Anything you can tells us as far what matches your real IB account would be a big help.

Thanks

Thanks Macro. I will send you the information required for the investigation.

Should be better now. Your USD/HKD position is now being ignored. IB was sending it to us as “cash” but it’s an FX position right? Not much we can do with those. Does everything else now match your IB account? like liquidation, pos value, positions?

Next thing we’ll try to tackle is the ability to specify the portfolio currency.

Still looking at AMP problem

THanks

Yes, better now.
Yes, it is FX position and the value is in HKD which is also correct.
liquidation is correct
pos value is the value of only US stock (i.e. 27 US stock)
no position is the number of all stock (i.e. 27 US and 1 HK stock)

Hi Macro,

The account and positions information is incorrect again after the rebalance.

Can you be more specific? Looks like the trades were reconciled correctly.

It is all correct now.

Hi Macro,

Any progress in AMP problem?

Cheers,

Ellis
