Running into an issue with trade this afternoon. One of my rebalances error’d out with trade because my account was not holding the right number of shares I was trying to sell. I aborted these orders and rebalanced these manually.
It seems that in the process another one of my orders got cancelled. Now I am trying to rebalance this other portfolio again - I submit the order via TRADE and it says it’s inserting it into the queue, but it’s not actually being placed with IB, and when I go to review activity it still shows as pending submission.
No, that’s ok, I wanted to buy closer to the market bottom today. Would you please cancel my scheduled orders? Manually deleting the order doesn’t seem to work.
Should be ok now. We had some synching problems. Before you place more order on TRADE please be sure to check your IB account to avoid duplicate orders.
