THe BETA server now uses a fresh re-build for Canada & USA to correct some issues we discovered like this one . THere were other issues that might have affected Canada.
Seems like the date holidays have been cleaned since last week because I don’t see the 0s anymore, congrats! Now only XIU is missing in the hedge and it seems like all is good for Canada.
Turns out we only have ONE benchmark for Canada that has data since 1999 till today: S&P/TSX Composite. Anything else looks like will have to come from other sources later on.
Then can you exceptionally allow hedging with the TSX Composite and us adding on footnote to use XIU instead whenever hedging is triggered as a compromise for R2G until then? The difference is kind of neglectable between $TSX and XIU.to and it would be happy temporary solution because I don’t think it’s fair to use SPY as a half baked solution. Make a copy of the $TSX and call it XIU and replace it whenever you have the data available.
