Weekly performance email

Hi,

I did not receive the weekly performance and rebalancing emails this week. Is this a system wide change or problem?

I did not get them either. Nothing in spam folder. Haven’t had a problem before.

I did not get the email. My spam folder is empty. I also did not have a problem receiving these emails in the past.

Could you guys try to send yourself an email from COMMUNITY->EMAIL USER and let me know ? Thanks

Same here I did not received performance or rebalance email
Did try to send email to me as you suggested email never arrived.

I sent myself an email from community email user but the email never arrived.

I’m seeing the same issue. I received my weekly emails on 8/18/12, but did not receive one for last week or this week. I’ve tried to send myself an email from Community, and that was never received either.

I also have not received the performance emails for the last 2 weeks.

For what it’s worth, if I change my account’s email address, I am able to receive emails that I send directly from the Community page. However, emails to my optonline email account do not reach me. I’ve verified that the email is not getting caught in a spam filter.

We had to change our DNS records and now something is not quite right. Some email servers are refusing to accept emails from us.

We’re investigating this issue. If you have support questions it’s best that you use the Home->Customer Service page or call us. Sorry about that.
