I agree that timing the market is nearly impossible, and that is not what I am attempting here, but I am hunting for websites that provide updated and an overview of good consensus estimates on, for example:

USD
OIL
SPY
EFA
mv.

I discovered the following:

I think Zacks had an interesting way of aggregating analyst’s recommendations for stocks within industries and sectors.
