I’m seeing a few stocks in the LargeCap universe, that look a little suspicious to me. Namely,
LBLCF:USA
WNGRF:USA
WSPOF:USA
These are the Canadian stocks and the listings in P123 are designated as Foreign Primary. According to the Fidelity they all trade on OTC Market. Would these securities have been in the LargeCap Universe prior to the recent changes and should they be in the Large Cap Universe moving forward?

The LargeCap universe, and many others, are entirely constructed using a custom universe now. For large cap is this one

It uses “United States Inc ADRs & Dual Listed” as the starting universe (adrs and MLPs are excluded with rules). I guess this universe was chosen to be more compatible with old one. But since it was different anyway we should have probably started from a clean sheet.
And, Yes they would have been in the old one.
