Yes. In the rebalance tab, select "Formula Weight" as your sizing method. In the "position weight formula" box put "1" (or any other formula you want to use for weighting). At the bottom of the page, click on "Automatically adjust new transactions to remain at 100% invested." You do need to have an "Ultimate" membership to use this feature . . . I don't believe there's a way to invest the remaining cash in a simulation without it.
