Why does this not force an ETF screen to only make trades at the end of the month when I have set the backtest screen on a daily basis? “MonthDay> 28 and MonthDay <3”
I do not get any buy or sell during the entire period I have tested.

I still do not understand what I have done since I do not get the screen to work ?! I have set the screen for daily rebalancing, but only get filled on certain dates. Look at the attachments.
Monthly trading is difficult as P123 is oriented around weekly trading. I can show you how to initiate trades on the first Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) of the month. But other than that it becomes pretty tricky.
Also, you are getting filled on the month days that you specified in the rule. So it is working the way you specified.
