Cannot sign in with Microsoft Edge, nor Internet Explorer

Cannot sign in with Microsoft Edge, nor Internet Explorer.
It still worked on Tuesday Feb-16.

P123 hangs, displaying the message “Loading” and does not come up with the user name / password fields fields necessary for signing in.
(Sign in works for Google Chrome and Firefox Morzilla.)

Just tried it with Edge and seems ok. Can you provide more info ?

Confirmed on Explorer

Marco, here is a screenshot. It hangs on “Loading”.

geov, I was able to reproduce on explorer.

But Edge seems ok for me

Marco, I use Excel VBA which relies on Internet Explorer to extract performance data for my models for statistical analysis.
Also Edge does not work in Windows 7 which I use.

Now IE tells me there is a problem with the P123 webpage!
Also “Start for Free” and “Get Started” buttons don’t work.

Georg/Marco,

FYI: For some time now I have had trouble with P123 getting ‘hung’ in Chrome. Sometimes I can’t sign in, and other times it gets further along before hanging. I’ve resorted to using Safari on a Mac.

Edit: P123 is the only site that’s causing this problem.

I have the same hanging issue with Chrome, but is not just p123. Everything freezes up. Very annoying . Can’t imagine google is not aware of this.

I have no issues with Chrome in Windows 7, but I need IE to run the excel VBA.

I noticed a recent new pop-up message how Yuval made $1-million with P123, perhaps that causes the problem?

I haven’t been able to stay logged in as of this past week on microsoft edge or google chrome and I’m also getting the pop up. This never happened before. So something changed this past week.

geov, we have a simple URL for authenticating (usually used by people that do scripting), can you give that a try?
https://www.portfolio123.com/login.jsp
It accepts POST requests with the following parameters: LoginUsername and LoginPassword.

Marius, that URL gets redirected in IE to https://www.portfolio123.com/app/auth

OK, try it now, it’s very basic but it should work.

Marius, thank you. The login now works for IE.

FWIW, I was getting the same message as Georg in Firefox until I updated the browser,
then it worked fine.
