I have discovered that the browser cache can also play a part in this anomaly, any chance you can try completely clearing your browser's cache (ctrl+shift+del) and then give it a try?

I just cleared the browser in firefox. I then logged in, clicked stay logged in, and immediately closed the browser. I reopened the browser and I was logged out of P123. So this didn't fix it.

Any other suggestions?

Can you please click the "Sign In" button after reopening the browser, does that log you in directly or do you have to enter credentials again?

Clicking on the sign in button doesn't log me in. I have to re-enter credentials again.

One last thing, is the Firefox browser that you're using updated (version 86.0)?

I just updated the firefox browser to version 86 and there is no change. The stay logged in does not work using this, microsoft edge or google chrome. Again this started last week

Do you get logged out while working on the site, or is only happening if there is no activity?
