I think there is a bug in the ranking output.
If you output the ranking results to a csv file and change the default ranking method (NAs negative to NAs neutral) and then out put the CSV. The results in the file are different than the one displayed.
Example - from the core combination ranking system.

I was able to reproduce this. The issue is that when you select the new Ranking Method, it is not saving your selection. As a temporary work around, if you select the new Ranking Method (ie NAs Neutral) and then hit tab, then your selection is saved and it will work correctly. Thanks for reporting it.
Update: My temporary workaround worked the first time I tried it, but now I am getting different results. It seems that the steps to reproduce this one are very specific.
What is this a picture of? I have yet to see this in P123.
To see the page from the original post, go to the Ranks tab on the Ranking system page.
Click Change settings. In the Output section, change Columns to ‘Include Composite & Factor Ranks’.
Click Run. Click the <-> button if you need to widen the viewing area.
