Cannot download "PIT Method - Prelim" Exclude data

Hi,

I would like to report an issue with the download feature of the ranking systems. In the “Ranks” tab, when you download ranking data, the PIT Method - Prelim (USE) data is downloaded even if “EXCLUDE” is selected.
Please fix this.

This seems to work as intended.

I tested it like this. I created a universe with two rules: completestmt = 0 and stalestmt = 0.

Using prelims, this universe had 374 stocks. Excluding prelims it only had 26 stocks.

When I ran a ranking system on this universe, the “ranks” tab gave me 26 stocks if I excluded prelims and 374 stocks if I used prelims.

The problem is not the “ranks” tab, which works well but with the “Download” button which always gives always PIT USE data even if the rank are calculated using “EXCLUDE” method.
