Steve,
Your designer model performance set example for next generation hybrid designer model in P123.

i have few questions on your model.

your model is based on top of First Capital First Trust Cloud Computing ETF (SKYY) successful ETFs current holdings.

I have learned that Fidelity mutual funds and other ETFs will report
normally the current holdings by around 15th of following months for previous quarters.
Q1 on around April 15
Q2 on around July 15
Q3 on around Oct 15
Q4 on around Jan 15

Can you come up with new version of this hybrid designer model with
Rebalance around the following Monday after updating the Current holding universe for the each quarters.

I have few very successful model running in my private account; all of them 20 stocks model with 1 year re-balance.

Please, kindly suggest, how to implement my 20 stocks successful yearly model into 10 stocks quarterly model as a designer model.
I would like to place 20 stocks universe in my model for every quarter (I am doing this manual stock picks competition in 2017, 2019 and 2020 very successfully among very liquid stocks).
In 2018, I used different strategy to choose 20 stocks; that is failed;
now i know how to pick 20 stocks for 1 year holding very successful - 2017, 2019 and 2020 (3 years of very successful positive experience), the performance can be tracked in this p123 forum thread.

I also know how NOT to pick 20 stocks to fail- 2018 experience . (1 year negative experience) - this performance also can be tracked in this p123 forum thread.

You are long term with P123 15+ years and most successful next generation design model investment experts.
I have read thru your forum thread for many years; you have worked hard for decades to become successful in investment and translate the success thru your desginer model.

Please, guide me to channelize my yearly 20 stocks investment success into p123 quarterly designer model with 10 stocks.

Believe, your guidance will help other p123 designer to follow your path; if p123 have many successful designer model; it will attract p123 subscriber as well as benefit you as
senior investment expert in the designer model.

Thank you very much sir for your valuable time.

Kumar - for the record, most (if not all) ETFs report their holdings daily and are up to date, as far as I know.If you want to rebalance quarterly then set rebalance to weekly and use this one sell rule:

Mod(Month,3)=1&MonthDay>15&MonthDay<=22

Your custom universe should call up an inlist. You need to manually update the inlist with the ETF constituents prior to the quarterly rebalance. There is a new approach involving data upload but I am not versed in that approach. Yuvol or Geov would be able to describe that better.

I can’t help you with backtesting your model. I use a static universe with the latest inlist to backtest over the last 5 years.
