Grace period: Extend data for those signing /w S&P imminently

Today is the last day before you are unplugging S&P Global as a data provider from P123.

Is there a way you can avoid the service interruption to those in limbo to sign with S&P?

I agreed with the pricing with the S&P rep, I’m awaiting for the whole contract to be available.

It’s still not available and I don’t want to lose the data, which is crucial at the end of the month.

I was told by my S&P contact that a grace period would be provided for those who indicate they are going to sign a contract with S&P.

Would be nice to hear confirmation of this from the P123 side.

From my understanding the hold up is tied to negociations between P123 and S&P over the pricing agreement / revenue split. I hope there is going to be an agreement and that we are not gonna get caught off guard with our pants down on having to switch to Factset 3 business days from end of the month if both parties cannot come to a viable mutual agreement.

I lost access to the S&P Data as of 5pm CT, how can I access it?

I agreed to pay the amount with the S&P sales rep, he didn’t provide me the full paperwork.
