SP500 %change is wrong

For the close on 1/24/2020 the SP500 change for the day was -0.90% according to Yahoo Finance.
P123 shows -2.95%. Good that this is a wrong number!!

I’ve noticed that too.

We use the SPY as a proxy since we do not have real time SP500 change. On Friday SPY dropped -2.95 so looks like it’s showing the $ value, not the %
