Great work, Andreas.

Not a great year for me, I’m afraid: 16.29% in real-money performance. That’s considerably worse than my benchmark, IWC (22%). It’s also worse than what my top 20 buy-and-hold stocks got (19%), and a whole lot worse than my microcap designer model (58%).

2016: 45%
2017: 58%
2018: 14%
2019: 16%

Overall, 32% CAGR since 1/1/16, 30% since I started using P123 ranking systems in late 2015.

I’m curious to hear how other investors performed this year. Only out-of-sample results, please.

great results, congratulations!
P123 is also the backbone of my portfolio strategy.
Can’t compete with you.
“Only” 15% performance this year.
Which I am quite happy about.

It is more than “enough”, as it pays more than the bills.

Due to changes, I don’t have OOS results of current ports before 2019. For 2019, my 30 stock model returned 25.04% and my 10 stock model returned 24.3%. Those underperformed RSP which was up 28.91% but I am satisfied. An ETF model I started 2/15/2019 returned 17.38% versus 13.49% for RSP and 18.24% for SPY. I didn’t outperform but am very satisfied. Good luck to us all in 2020!
