Sell rule for selling positions before next earnings announcement.

Hi, I’m looking for a rule that would sell positions just before a company announces its next earnings. i tried the following and it doesn’t seem to work:
60+barssince(latestfilingdate). My thought here was to look forward approximately a quarter (60 or so market days) after the last filing. I appreciate any help. Doug

You might want to have a look at the function WeeksToQ. Try WeeksToQ=0 as a sell rule or WeeksToQ=1 for more conservative results. It isn’t perfect as it is an estimate but it may help.

Thanks! That seems to work fairly well. (WeeksToQ=1 works a little better for me.)
