When rebalancing a portfolio, if there are no recommendations everything is fine.
If thee there are recommendations, the replacements are displayed, then when you hit commit, the replacements go away then the system hangs. You cannot move away to another live portfolio. The replacements are not updated on the Summary page.

Also getting frequent “waiting for Portfolio123.com” with long delays, and “The server didn’t respond in time” error messages…

Looks like a front end issue only since automatic rebalances appear ok.
Looks like rebalance is working for me again. Thank you Marco and P123 team! Really appreciate your help fixing this.
Question: Something similar happened in December where Monday rebalance wasn’t working, users started posting on the forums at 5:30am, but the P123 team didn’t respond until 9:20am, and didn’t release a fix until after 11am. Is there any way us early risers can report critical errors faster / more directly to the P123 team? Are forum posts really the best method?
We have a new support system (the icon next to your image on top right) where you can submit a ticket and specify a priority. We have not yet connected an alerting system for high priority tickets. We’ll announce it once it’s ready. Thanks
