Trying to manually add a transaction, keep getting the same error:

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn’t respond in time.

getting same error while running simulation

same problem when rebalancing a live portfolio (specifically right after pressing “commit” → long wait → then error 504 gateway time-out)

While attempting to run a simulation I received the following error message:

“ERROR: Internal error: Socket closed”

Probably this error is associated with the errors reported above?

Something is wrong with rebalancing. I got the rebalancing emails, but they are not reflected when I try to produce trades for “Trade”.

Sorry for the delayed response.

We weren’t seeing an issue with recommendations getting sent and scheduled for tomorrow when the market opens. Could you give us some details/steps to reproduce this? Was this on all of your ports/books that you were trying to rebalance?

I fixed the issue. I had to delete all rebalance transactions that posted as internal trades on the ledger. And run the rebalance so I could place trades using “Trade”
