We're experiencing problems with TRADE

Orders are not being sent to IB and simply sit in the Scheduled queue. We’re investigating. Sorry for the inconvenience

There seems to be an issue connecting to Interactive Brokers’ order routing server. We’re contacting Interactive Brokers support to get this problem resolved as soon as possible.

ETA for fix? Need to know if I have to allocate time for manual trading this week. Thx u!

We’ve worked out the issues with Interactive Brokers connectivity and the TRADE tool will be back online in the next few minutes.

*** FOR USERS WHO HAD ORDERS PENDING THIS MORNING ***
We will be cancelling these orders to make sure we don’t send off something you manually executed while the TRADE tool was down. You should be able to see these as failed orders on your trade activity page. We are also emailing all users who had any pending orders that we are cancelling.
