Missing rebalance email

Hey Guys -

Anyone else missing their usual Monday morning rebalance notification? It looks like the early Monday estimate data hasn’t been uploaded yet, perhaps that’s delaying the rebalancing?

Any idea when rebalance will be ready?

No email yet, and the portfolios have not been rebalanced.

Looks like you identified the issue - no estimate update.

Should be able to rebalance your portfolios manually once the update is complete since the system will begin with the designer models.

This happens periodically - seems there s/b a way to notify support group when it occurs. I have to do my trades at monday’s open and this causes a problem.

I agree. I place my trades at Monday’s open too and am hoping the data is ready by then.

Same here. Not just the e-mail. I inspected the models. None of them are showing trades today.

Hello All,

Rebalance process is now running.

We had a machine failure which caused the delay and were working on restoring. All rebalance emails should be sent out by 12pm CST.

Apologies for the poor communication while we were troubleshooting this issue.

This has happened before. Is it possible for P123 to set up a process where someone is notified when emails are delayed?

We do have an alert process, unfortunately the alert system was also on a machine that was involved in today’s failure. We’re working on a secondary systems alert server to improve this.
