Trade is not connected

There’s a problem with the state of the FIX session, but we don’t yet have the details. All orders currently shown as WORKING have been sent to the exchange and will remain working until filled or market close. Reconciliation with portfolios will be done later. Orders shown as NEW have not been transmitted. We’ll do our best to get this issue resolved as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders which were not submitted have been canceled as a precaution. Please check your TRADE Completed Orders page for details on this.

Connectivity is back online. Fills that occurred before 10:30 AM EST will be reconciled today manually on our end. Until then, orders with unprocessed fills will display as WORKING on the TRADE pages.
Orders which we have canceled on your behalf will need to be resubmitted by you.
This morning’s issue will be reviewed in full, but for now, the software has been reverted to a previous stable version to preclude any additional complications. Apologies again for the inconvenience this has caused.

Can’t resubmit the order using semi-automatic rebalance, as get the following error:
You cannot rebalance this portfolio.
This Book currently has scheduled trades.

What do you recommend, doing manual trades?
