Urgent (new) bug:

When rebalancing / reconstituting, I cannot download the excel file associated to the buy/sell recommendations

Tried with firefox 59.0.2 (64-bit) (before / after emptying the cache) and with chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (64-bit)
Screenshot attached.

It was fine last week so I suspect a change of code in the last 6 to 7 days.

Note: contrary to the message on the screen, I have no other browser window open, therefore not looking / doing anything with another trading system.

Is there any update on this pls?

I need the excel file in order to rebalance before markets close for the day in 30 min or so. Otherwise, I will have to wait till tomorrow or whenever this is fixed…

We should be going live with it shortly. In the meantime, you should be able to copy and paste the screen itself into an Excel sheet, I think.

Thank you. It is working again.

I will place my orders tomorrow. While I could copy-paste, the chances of messing up are high as I use this as an an input for my home-made version of “TRADE”
