This bug has been around for a while.

During daylight savings time the process that posts trade results to live ports stops running one hour earlier.
This causes any partially filled trades to be posted when the market opens the next day.

During standard time everything works perfectly, trades are posted 5 mins after they complete.

This sounds like a nit, but it will mess up a live port if you rebalance before yesterdays
trades are posted.

BTW the time new trades are first passed to IB also changes with DST.

The issue should now be resolved. The process schedule did not properly account for the way DST is handled elsewhere in our TRADE software, but it should work as expected moving forward. Let us know if you see further issues with time handling.
