Hi,

First thanks for providing us with such an incredible tool!
I tried building a screen for REITs using "Sector=REALESTATE or Industry=REIT" but it didnt find all REITs i am aware of. For example VTR is missing using this rule, even if under snapshot VTR is in this sector/industry. Is there another rule that i can use to find all REITs or is this an error?

The sector classifications changed in 2016, making this a bit tricky. If you just want REITs (and it depends on your definition of what a REIT is to an extent), then try this:

gics(40401010,404020,601010)

Thanks for your reply, i think i found my mistake. I assumed that VTR had increased dividends since 5 years, but it hasnt because of a spinoff. And after removing that criteria my screen was limited to 100 stocks and it didnt sort them by the alphabet, so i was fooled by randomness.
