TRADE is not updating filled trades

I think there is a bug in TRADE.

I place the orders and send them via TRADE.
They show up in interactive brokers.
Then I adjust the limit price on Interactive Brokers to fill the trade.
The order gets filled.
But unfortunately it is not updated on P123 TRADE in my ports.
Instead P123 shows the trade as EXPIRED
This also happend monday the 2. jan.

Last year everything was working fine.

I’ve had this a few times as well, wasn’t quite sure if I had screwed something up, but I don’t think so.

I’m surprised it worked sometimes. Who knows how IB implements order edits. Maybe they do a cancel / replace which causes a disconnect, maybe sometimes they “edit” the order keeping the same order identifier. Safest & surest way is to cancel order and re-enter all within TRADE. You don’t have to re-enter everything , just located the canceled order and click on “new order” . All order parameters are copied, so it’s very easy.

We found an issue with the TRADE processor and how it was handling orders not initiated using our system. It’s been fixed and will be live tomorrow. It should resolve this issue of fills getting disconnected and orders expiring.
