It seems the $ADR Universe was created on P123 in 2005. I was wondering does it get updated automatically whenever new ADRs become available? If not has it been updated manually recently? Because the number of names included in the universe seems a bit low.

The $ADR universe is automatically updated weekly to include all active USA stocks where Issue Type Code = ‘American Depository Receipt (ADR)’, a field directly sourced from Compustat. There are currently 1007 meeting that constraint. Have you identified any incorrectly classified stocks?
