I would like to find a screener which I can use ranking on for India, Russia and China.

Does anyone have any cost effective ideas?

Gabriel, there are about ten different low-cost international screeners; it depends on what you are looking for.

Do you need to make your own screens, or are you fine with built in screens? Do you need multifactor ranking systems, or is single factor ranking enough?
