Stock Snapshot enhancements are live

Dear All,

We made some improvements to the Stock Snapshot page. See image below.

  • New section next to chart shows handy information : last price, yahoo intraday popups,emplyees, domicile and sector + company website.
  • Summary now on top , click to expand
  • Charts for Ann/Qtr Sales, EPS, Dividends
  • Industry comparison section with several ratios
  • New expanded Factors section
  • New Price Target section with High,Mean,Low and % to each of those from current levels

The goal for Stock->Snapshot is to become a “one-pager” where you get 99% of all the info you need. Let us know if we’re going in the right direction. Next we will probably add some key statement data, and improve the stock chart some.

I get an internal server error when I try to access data panels. Is this related?

Probably. Looks like it’s only if you go directly to panels from main menu bar DATA->Panels

If you go to snapshot first, then panels, seems to work.

I really like the enhancements. There’s so much great info there, and it’s presented in such a nice way. Fantastic job, Marco.

It would be even nicer if you add sales estimate trends near the eps estimate trends.

One thing I would like to constructively point out is the over-reliance on levered ratios such as P/E, P/B

I think most investors on this site are aware that unlevered EV based ratios are much more indicative of valuation - such as EV/EBIT.
