Trade can be placed with closing price for the day?

Trade to IB can be placed with closing price for the day?
Anyone used this option. How was the fill price? Can get closing price published on p123 without slippage?

IB does have a closing-price algorithm. Details can be found here:

It is not one of the options that’s available through Portfolio123, though. I don’t know much more bout it.
