PERelative
Full Description

PERelative is the position of the current PE on a line with the current PEHigh at one end and the PELow at the other end. It is expressed as a percentage, with PEHigh at 100 and PELow at 0.

If the current PE equals PEHigh, then PERelative equals 100. If the current PE equals PELow, then PERelative equals 0. If PEHigh is 10, PELow is 2, and the current PE is 7, then PERelative is 62.5.

The actual calculation of PERelative is the difference between the trailing twelve month P/E and the 5 year P/E Low divided by the difference between the 5 year P/E High and the 5 year P/E Low, multiplied by 100.
