Other Net Working Capital Change is a total of all change-in-working capital lines that are not included in in other, specific lines in the operating cash flow section of the cash-flow statement.
Inventory, accounts payable and accounts receivable all have their own lines. This line reflects all other changes in working capital accounts on the balance sheet for the duration of the period specified by the type input.
