Other Non-Current Liabilities is a liability line on the balance sheet. It is a total of all liabilities that are not current (of any type), debt, deferred taxes, investment tax credits, or minority interest. It also excludes shareholders equity lines.
The line is made up of, among other things, long-term accounts payable, negative goodwill, unearned income and dividends payable.
