Other Investing Activities is a sum of miscellaneous lines on the investing section of the cash flow statement for the period specified by the type input.
This line could contain any number of items that are not classified elsewhere. The list of things that will not be included is probably shorter: Changes in investing activities; changes in investments; and changes in property, plant and equipment. Things that could be part of this line include changes in real estate investments, foreign exchange currency effects, and costs associated with deconsolidation of subsidiaries.
The number of this line will be positive for increases in investments and negative for decreases.
