Found crash problem. New servers are loading now. Had to do with an incorrect usage of MACD in the hedging module.

I did have a book sim that failed a couple/few days ago that involved combining etf’s with a couple of portfolios in a book. Ran it several times but couldn’t get it to complete.
By the way, haven’t received emails this morning.

We are investigating now.
As far as I can tell, though, the portfolios themselves were unaffected. You should still be able to get the recommendations either by rebalancing your own portfolio or going to the Pending Transactions on a Smart Alpha page. (If that’s not the case for you, let us know.)

Our logs are showing that emails were sent out to you today - Please check your spam folder. It’s possible since multiple users have reported this that emails from Portfolio123 are getting flagged as spam by gmail today. We’ll see if there is anything we can do.
But Paul is correct and all of our rebalance processed completed successfully this morning.
