This is a frequently used one with quarterly EBIT:

(mktcap + DbtTotQ - (CashPSQ * ShsOutMR)) / EBITDAq

To ensure to only use it when this metric is positive:

(mktcap + DbtTotQ - (CashPSQ * ShsOutMR)) / Eval(EBITDAq>0,EBITDAq,NA)

You can also use EBITDATTM instead of EBITDAQ.

How about using the EV function e.g. EV/EBITDATTM. I think the more typical form would be EBITDATTM/EV.
