When I take most of my systems and rank it against the SPX over 5 years almost every bucket outperforms the index. How is this possible. I have some old systems where ever¥ bucket out performs.
When I rank against the universe the dispersion makes sense. Lot’s of buckets underperforming with some negative over 10 years
