Problem with Menus in iPad.

After upgrading to iOS 8.3 the dropdown menus barely work on my iPad. Strangely seemed to be OK until I log on to P123.

If I press and hold “Community,” for example, I will get the Apple menu of “Open, Open in New Tab,…” This is the only way I can get any functionality on the iPad–once I log on.

BTW, the functionality of the new UI seems good overall and continues to improve as the unexpected gets sorted out, IMHO. Oh, and I like the logo too. Maybe name any new web site “Portfolio Cubed.”

Thanks!

I have the exact same problem on a Google Nexus 7 with android 5.0.2 using Chrome 41.0.2272.96. It seems to have started recently perhaps within the last week. I thought there might be a problem with my tablet but this seems to confirm the problem is likely with how the webpage coding is generated.

I have only noticed the problem with the main tabs that I normally use on the tablet (Portfolio, Screen, Community, and the portrait tab used to log off). I have not tested for other problem areas.

Overall I do like the new site layout.

There does seem to be an issue with Safari on iOS 8.3. Had to tap a couple of times to get the menus to open. Will look into it. Didn’t see the issue using the chrome browser on 8.3.

Thanks ted

I can confirm its a safari iOS issue as the menu works fine on chrome for iOS. But needs to be fixed for safari iOS please because it’s very annoying to have to long click and ‘open’. Sub-menus work fine.

Let me correct myself. Chrome for iOS has the main menu that works fine but the submenus have the same problem as the main menu on safari iOS. Basically the problem is reversed on chrome iOS.

We’re still working on this. The older iPads are ok. Then newer ones seem to exhibit the issue.

The problem has been fixed for my android tablet. I haven’t been logging in on it daily, so I don’t know when it cleared up. Thank you!

Seems to work on my iPad now. Thanks

Me too (iPad). Thank you!!!

I’ve only ever had issues in portrait mode. Landscape has always worked just fine for me.

Works now across platforms. Thanks.
