converting a Rank to a simulation

I was thinking of converting Valuesheet ranking system into a simulation. Is this possible?

Here is an example of how to do it:

Notice that I set the “Allow sold holdings to be rebought at current rebalance” (on the General page) to Yes.
I used the S&P 1500 Index as the universe, and set the number of holdings to 15. that will cause the Sim to buy the top 1% ranked stocks.
There are no buy rules.
Only 1 sell rule, the “1” causes the Sim to sell all stocks, but if they are still top ranked they will be rebought.
These settings will cause the Sim to perform “similar” to the Performance function in the Rank module if you use the same settings in the Performance function.
