Screener Request - Screens List

On the main page of the Screener, please have the list default to All as opposed to 20 screens/page. Thx.

Since there may be thousands of stocks that pass some screens, defaulting to All may not be the best solution. I would prefer for it to save my last inputs and default to the last changes I made. So if you always want it to default to “all” then you set it once and it will until you change it.

In the ‘rules’ section of the Screener I used to be able to see the number of stocks that passed at each rule. Now, I frequently get a ‘icon / tab’ that doesn’t show the count, but if I click on it shows the holdings. I prefer to see how many stocks are passing each rule. What changed? Can I go back to the old view?

The same change has now occurred in the Universe creation area.

I support both Denny’s idea and Tom’s request.

There are many more parts of the website where the last settings should be saved, like for the bucket performance test of the rankings.

Also I think it would be helpful to place some key buttons on more pages, like a “direct re-run” button on the sim summary page for those instances when you are currently working on your ranking system.

Best,
fips

Hi guys I’m not talking about the number of stocks visible for a screen. As I indicated I’m referring to the main page of the screen - the names of the screens themselves. Many of us are well beyond 20 screens … it would be a lot more convenient if we didn’t have to repaginate every time we open the site. Either default to All screens or Last Setting. Thx.

mm123 - we’ll try to add a user preference for the default number per page in the my settings section soon.

DennyHalwes - There is no view all for the screen results max is 100 per page (that’s required by our data provider) but you can change the default for screen results per page in the my settings page.

Tomyani - are you saying you only see the icon next to a rule and no actual number when you press 'Totals"? If the icon shows up there should always be a number by it. Must be a bug - what browser are you using. I haven’t heard about this issue before.

thanks
