New fundamental factors & corresponding functions now live

Dear All,

We are releasing the first batch of new factors meant to fill in some gaps in our dictionary. Most factors under FUNDAMENTALS will enventually have the following pre-defined: Q, PQ,PYQ, TTM, PTM, A, and PY as well as the generic function Factor(offset,type[,NAHandling])

The following were released today:
