Attempting to rebalance my portfolio and received this message. Can someone help with this?

Just remove the rule Universe (FolioFn).

Foliofn makes practically all stocks available for window trading nowadays. This restriction is no longer needed

In fact I think we will default foliofn to All Fundamentals
