If that is the case is there a way to figure out if the data from (0,QTR) contains pre-annoucement data?

I added a new factor under FACTOR->DESCRIPTIVE->CompleteStmt

Thanks, Marco.

FCFTTM and FCF(0,TTM) now produce identical results.

The CompleteStmt factor is outstanding and divided FCF(0,TTM,KEEPNA) into 2 subgroups.
