Investigating portfolio update issue. We changed stuff yesterday because it was running too slow and looks like it did not finish.

Screen reports download. We are making some changes to the download feature to comply with future data provider restriction. In trying to understand what people use this for we made it too restrictive. The new policy should not affect the vast majority. Sorry about that
