ETF sims/ports released

The ETF sims/ports are now available.

In tis release we also included the ability to see different port/sims in different broser windows without each overriding each other (only one "active" port/sim was available before)

We've temprarely removed the quick access menus to different port/sims because it created problems for people with many systems.

The beta server where the ETF sim/ports was launched will go offline for now.
