So the Price function backs out any future splits in order to get the actual close price at the time. Is there any way to pull the split-adjusted close? I know that in Screening, "start" and "end" give the split-adjusted close prices for those two dates, but if I then make a custom report that also has Price in it, the basis is different so the "start" and "end" prices aren't comparable with "Price". I searched the function reference but didn't see anything... have I missed it, or is it missing? Thanks! |

There's no function at the moment that gives the a price in the past fully adjusted for future splits. ---------------------------------------- Portfolio123 Staff |

Ok, so then it sounds like the best way to get, for example, a 10-day moving average that isn't screwed up by splits is to run a screen with "Price" as one of the fields, on each of the last 10 days. Let me know if there's a cleaner solution... cheers. |

You didn't mention mov avg before. Mov avgs works just fine. What are you trying to do? ---------------------------------------- Portfolio123 Staff |

I wasn't sure if the moving average function was properly accounting for splits or not. Glad to hear that it does. Is that also true of the per-share ratios such as CashFlPSTTM for example? Thanks. |
