What's that Button?

I notice there is a button near the top right of the screener with two arrows going in different directions next to the Universe drop down menu. What does it do? Putting a description tag when the cursor hovers over it will make its use more intuitively easier to apprehend for anyone using the screener.

It's a refresh in case you created a custom universe and do not see it in the dropdown. We'll add a fly-out when you hover over it. Thanks
